Who it's for · Larger and multi-scheduler teams
Whoever takes the call,
the job answers the same.
Past a certain size the question stops being whether the software can do it. It becomes whether it does the same thing every time, with more people touching every inspection and no two of them remembering the rules quite the same way.

Which door it came through is not an input. Nobody had to agree on the price, the duration or who was allowed to take it, because there was nothing to agree about.
More people on one job, and the pay still derives
Two providers performed this inspection. Nothing about that made the calculation longer, because the calculation was never about how many people were on it.
A second person on a job is not a second calculation. It is the same one with another name in it, and that stays true at the tenth name.

Moving a bigger team
Six stages, and three of them are yours. What changes with the size of the team is not the sequence.
Training is per role rather than in one room, practice runs on your own configuration, and nothing goes live until you approve it.

Common questions
What does a manager actually approve?
The things a person entered by hand rather than the things the system derived: a manual timesheet entry, a mileage claim, time off. They arrive in one list with a state on each, and a closed pay period stays closed. Open it.
Can the rules differ by service, or by property type?
A rule is a condition on the job, so it reads whatever the job carries: the year built, the square footage, the foundation, the distance, the services bought. That is how one condition ends up setting a price, a duration and who is qualified, all from one reading of the job. Open it.
What happens when a job needs two people?
Both are on the inspection and each is paid for the services they performed rather than for being there. The derivation is on this page and it does not change shape when the second name is added.
Can the office override a rule?
Yes, and the honest version of that answer is that overriding is a person's decision and the record shows it was one. What the rules remove is the routine, not the judgement.
What training does a bigger team need?
Per role, on your own configuration, before anything is live. We have not measured how long it takes for a team of your size and we are not going to publish a figure we have not measured.
Do you suit a company with more than one location?
This is the one to bring to the call, and section five is why: there is no office a user belongs to, because access is decided by the job rather than by the person. Whether that works for you depends on what your locations actually separate.
Bring us your actual scale
The objection to a demo at your size is that it will show a toy account. Bring the four things below and it will not be one.
- How many providers, and how many people schedule them
- The service combinations you actually sell together
- How your people are paid, including the arrangements that are exceptions
- The workflow you are least confident any software handles
Home inspection software for growing inspection companies.
