Common questions
What if nobody is free at the time the client picks?
That time is not on the list. The client is only offered slots where somebody qualified for the property is free and able to get there, so there is nothing to decline afterwards.
Can a booking wait for our approval first?
Yes. Turning on Require confirmation for online bookings sends every booking from your website to a Pending Confirmation tab, and nothing is scheduled until somebody approves it. Off, they are scheduled immediately.
Can the booking flow sit inside our existing website?
Yes. The booking site has its own link and a QR code, and it embeds in a page you already have.
What if the property record is missing something a rule needs?
The client is asked for it, before the services step, so the price they are shown is the real one rather than one corrected later.
Can a buyer's agent be attached during booking?
Yes. The client searches your existing contacts and picks the agent, and that agent carries into the inspection as an additional contact.
Do we know a client is mid-booking?
The slot shows as taken on your board while they are still in the flow, so two people cannot be sold the same window.
