Common questions

How long does it take?
Live in as little as a week, depending on team size. A bigger team means more people to train and more to practise on, and that is the part that moves the number.
Which system are you moving us off?
ISN and Spectora are the two we do most often. If you are on something else, ask us on the call and we will tell you straight whether we pull from it today.
Do our report templates come across?
No. Your templates and your narrative library stay in the report writer you already use, and you carry on using it. They are not rebuilt, and they are not moved either.
Do we keep working while this happens?
Yes. Your current system keeps running the business until you approve go-live, and your reports keep running after it. There is no window where the work has nowhere to live.
What if something that transferred is wrong?
That is what the review stage is for. You go through what arrived before anything is live, and a problem found there is a correction rather than an incident.
Who from our side has to be involved?
One person to review what arrived and one to approve go-live, and they are often the same person. Everyone else meets Scope in training and practice, on your own configuration.
